Description

The satirical comedy focuses on the effect talking pictures have on the entertainment industry. When the New York City vaudevillean team of Jerry Hyland, May Daniels, and George Lewis find themselves unemployed, they decide to head west and present themselves as elocution experts in the hope someone will hire them to train actors unaccustomed to speaking on screen.

Biography

Jay is excited to be in his first Summer Rep performance at the Alliance Theatre Acting Program. He has been seen in over a dozen plays around Atlanta including his role as Frankie Salvucci in Breaking Legs for which he was nominated Best Minor Supporting Actor in a Play by the Metropolitan Atlanta Theater Awards. Jay would like to thank BJ Hughes and Pat Hurley for casting him in this great play. He would especially like to thank his wife Tammy and their 5 kids (felines) for letting him pursue his love of acting.
