Dedication
The staff of Kudzu Playhouse and the cast and crew of Beau Jest would like to dedicate this show to the memory of Beverly Shmerling. She was a light in the theatre that is gone but will never be forgotten.
Description
The play is about a young Jewish woman, Sarah Goldman and her desire to please everyone, especially her parents, and in doing so, she takes one jealous boyfriend, one suspicious brother and a rent-a-date man from the Heaven Sent Escort Agency and concocts a wonderful situation.

Biography
Jay is excited to be in his first play at Kudzu Playhouse and only his second play since moving into the world of acting in the Spring of 2004. In November of 2004, Jay was in Neil Simon’s The Sunshine Boys with the Polk Street Players. Jay would like to thank Director Lane Teilhaber for such a wonderful opportunity to be part of the great cast of “Beau Jest” Jay would also like to thank his wife, Tammy Stout, for allowing him to pursue yet another hobby. Jay lives in Buford with his wife and their three lovely children of the feline species.
